About Us

At PeerReview, we believe transparency in the hiring process should be accessible, organized, and easy to act on. Today, many professionals share their interview stories across a variety of platforms — which is valuable — but that feedback is often unstructured, hard to search, or disconnected from the actual people involved. Our goal is to bring those experiences into one place where they can be more discoverable and useful for others.

After spending several years in the tech industry, we noticed a pattern: people were more willing to share their interview journeys anonymously in online communities than through traditional company feedback surveys. Whether it was an unresponsive recruiter, an unprepared interviewer, or someone who truly went above and beyond — these stories mattered, but they were scattered across the internet, often hard to find or disconnected from the actual person involved.

PeerReview was created to fix that. Instead of leaving interview feedback to chance or relying on anonymous forums, we let you leave structured, searchable, and respectful reviews on the individuals who shape the hiring experience. This helps candidates prepare, sets realistic expectations, and promotes accountability on the other side of the hiring table.

We also see this as a win-win. Recruiters and interviewers who consistently create a positive candidate experience can build their reputation, while candidates can better understand who they’re talking to — especially when deciding whether to respond to that cold LinkedIn message.

This isn’t about canceling people or being spiteful. It's about shining a light on what good looks like, surfacing trends that matter, and helping people on both sides of the interview do better.

Getting hired is hard. Let’s make it clearer, together.
